Happy New Year 2011

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I hope everyone had a successful and profitable 2011.

A quick review of some of the events last year: We attended the National Air Duct Cleaners Association annual conference in Las Vegas; attended the IAQA/ACCA annual conference in San Antonio; participated in the ACCA Greater Houston BBQ Cook Off, the ACCA Greater Houston Bay Bash, and the MCA shoot gun shoot; and we sponsored a booth at the TAPPA show in Houston.

Paul became a Grand Dad again in November and a Father in Law again in December. Katie decided to pursue other career opportunities in Austin, and found Michele Whitebread, a friend of hers, to take her place as Office Manager. The crew continued to travel all over Texas including Galveston, Port Neches, Brenham, Burnett, Garrison, Beaumont, Sabine Pass, Austin, Corpus Christi, Fort Worth, Dallas, Irving and all over Houston including Mid Town, Up Town and Downtown.

We added an electric steam cleaner for those coils that won’t come clean with traditional pressure washing. We won the 2011 Awards for Excellence Winner of Distinction from the BBB in the category of Indoor Services and the Outstanding Achievement Safety Award from NADCA. And last but not least, I reached 500 connections on my LinkedIn network. If you haven’t already, connect below!

Upcoming events this year include the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) 23rd Annual Meeting and Exposition in Puerto Rico. I’m looking forward to this one. We are also looking forward to the ACCA BBQ Cook Off. I hope the weather is as nice as it was last year. What a great venue!
