While Power Vac America can’t give you an estimate online because we first need to know about your specific building and about your special needs and requirements, we can provide an estimate over the phone in most cases. We don’t use low priced offers to get you hooked and change the price when we arrive. We only provide the best HVAC system cleaning that includes the entire interior of your air conditioning system. Once we have discussed your specifics we can provide an estimate over the phone (residential projects only).
Residential: Your price will range between $775 and $1000 per air conditioning system.
Commercial: In most cases, a site visit is required.

After a construction project, it is critical to have your HVAC system cleaned. Their Assessment, Cleaning & Restoration (ACR) of HVAC System 2013 Standard, is the standard that Power Vac America uses on all projects, both residential and commercial.
Their Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) certification is the test required to recognizing a person’s knowledge and skills related to HVAC system hygiene. In most cases, one of Power Vac America’s ASCS certified technicians will be the lead on your project.
In the state of Texas, the air duct cleaning contractor is required to have an air conditioning contractor’s license to clean the evaporator coils, blower, cut any access openings for proper cleaning of the plenums and ductwork and use any anti-microbial products. Any contractor providing these services without a license is operating illegally. Power Vac America’s license is TACLA 28012 E and can be verified at https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/licensesearch/

While there are many variables that go into this, after Power Vac America has cleaned your systems and you do your part to keep the filters changed on a regular basis and maintain the proper operation of your air conditioning unit, we recommend having the entire system cleaned every 3 to 5 years.
