Power Vac America, Inc. is pleased to announce that Doug Long has been appointed as a 2010 Director to the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Greater Houston chapter.
– Air Conditioning Contractors of America- Greater Houston, is a non-profit trade association of service to the independent heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) contractors. ACCA-Greater Houston was chartered by the State of Texas in 1955, and is recognized as one of the oldest and most influential associations in America for the HVACR industry. We have an established reputation for integrity and quality that is recognized locally as well as nationally. In doing so, its members maintain the highest ethical standards of selling, advertising, pricing, installation and service guided by principals of honesty and integrity.
– Doug Long is President of Power Vac America, Inc., an HVAC system and air duct cleaning company serving the commercial, industrial, institutional, marine and residential markets. Doug bought Power Vac America in September of 2003 and got his class “A” Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor license in 2008. He is a certified Air System
Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) through the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). Doug has been a member of ACCA since 2003. He values the relationships that have developed over that time and is looking forward to working with the association and members to help promote its causes.
